Rules Governing Access and Use of the LQTTA Platform

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the LQTTA website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

LQTTA operates exclusively as a digital marketplace technology platform. The Platform enables independent vendors to offer products and services directly to customers. LQTTA does not act as retailer, reseller, manufacturer, merchant of record, escrow agent, bank, financial institution, or payment service provider.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

2. Acceptable Conduct

Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
Provide accurate and truthful information
Respect intellectual property rights
Maintain confidentiality of account credentials

3. Prohibited Activities

Engaging in fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive conduct
Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data
Uploading harmful, malicious, or unlawful content
Using automated scraping tools without authorization
Circumventing the Platform’s payment systems

4. Vendor Independence

Vendors operating on the Platform are independent business entities. All products and services are offered directly by vendors, who act as sole sellers of record and bear full responsibility for fulfillment, warranties, returns, refunds, and regulatory compliance.

5. Payment Systems

Transactions conducted through the Platform must utilize authorized third-party payment service providers. LQTTA acts solely as a limited payment collection agent and does not provide regulated financial services or hold customer funds as escrow.

6. Intellectual Property

All Platform content including logos, design elements, text, software, and branding are the exclusive property of LQTTA or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

7. Platform Availability

LQTTA may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Platform at any time. Access to the Platform is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, LQTTA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Platform or transactions conducted between customers and vendors.

LQTTA’s total aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the service fees received in connection with the relevant transaction.

9. Amendments

LQTTA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated versions become effective upon publication. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

10. Independent Contractor Relationship

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create any partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or franchise relationship between LQTTA and any user or vendor.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
