Terms & Conditions
Governing Use of the LQTTA Marketplace Platform
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the LQTTA digital marketplace platform ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, users agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Marketplace Role
The Platform enables independent vendors to create storefronts and offer products or services to customers. The sales contract is formed directly between the customer and the independent vendor. The vendor acts as the sole seller of record and bears full responsibility for product quality, fulfillment, warranties, and regulatory compliance.
2. User Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old or legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable UAE law.
3. Payments
All transactions conducted through the Platform must utilize authorized third-party payment service providers. By placing an order, customers authorize LQTTA to collect payment solely as a limited payment collection agent on behalf of the vendor.
Payment authorization and settlement are subject to the policies and approval of the relevant payment service provider and financial institution.
4. No Custody or Financial Services
LQTTA does not operate digital wallets, stored value accounts, escrow services, or custodial financial accounts. The Platform does not issue electronic money or provide regulated financial services.
5. Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are independently responsible for product listings, descriptions, pricing, fulfillment, returns, refunds, warranties, customer support, and compliance with UAE law. LQTTA does not guarantee product quality, availability, or vendor performance.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by the applicable Vendor policies and the Platform’s Return and Refund Policies. Vendors remain financially responsible for refund obligations. LQTTA may facilitate communication but does not guarantee return approval or refund issuance.
7. Platform Use
Users agree not to misuse the Platform, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to bypass the Platform’s payment systems.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, LQTTA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Platform or transactions conducted between customers and vendors.
LQTTA’s total aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the service fees received in connection with the relevant transaction.
9. Suspension & Termination
LQTTA reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access in cases involving fraud, abuse, policy violations, or regulatory risk.
10. Amendments
LQTTA may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions become effective upon publication. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
11. Independent Contractor Relationship
Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between LQTTA and any vendor or user.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
