Prohibited Products Policy
Restrictions Applicable to Independent Vendors on the LQTTA Marketplace
This Prohibited Products Policy applies to all independent vendors operating their own digital storefronts through the LQTTA marketplace technology platform.
1. Strictly Prohibited Listings
- Illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances
- Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives
- Stolen property or unlawfully obtained goods
- Counterfeit, replica, or imitation branded products
- Fraudulent documents, fake identification, or licenses
- Malware, hacking tools, or illegal digital software
- Human organs, endangered wildlife products, or prohibited biological materials
2. Regulated Products
Vendors must not list regulated products without holding all legally required approvals, permits, or licenses under applicable UAE laws.
- Pharmaceuticals, medicines, or medical devices
- Health supplements
- Alcohol, tobacco, vaping products
- Hazardous chemicals
- Financial or investment-related offerings
3. Intellectual Property Compliance
- Listings infringing trademarks, copyrights, or patents
- Unauthorized use of brand names or logos
- Digital content sold without legal distribution rights
4. Unsafe or Non-Compliant Goods
- Products subject to government recall
- Items failing applicable safety standards
- Products posing health or safety risks
5. Vehicles and Registered Assets
- Vehicles without legal ownership documentation
- Vehicles with undisclosed structural damage or tampered mileage
- Stolen vehicles or parts
6. Vendor Legal Responsibility
Each Vendor independently determines the products offered through their storefront and is solely responsible for ensuring full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Vendors agree that any liability, claim, regulatory action, penalty, dispute, or financial loss arising from the sale or listing of prohibited products remains exclusively the responsibility of the Vendor.
7. Platform Rights
LQTTA reserves the right to restrict or remove listings that appear to violate this Policy and may suspend access to marketplace infrastructure where necessary to protect the integrity of the platform.
8. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
