Return Policy
Return Guidelines for Orders Placed via LQTTA
This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased through the LQTTA digital marketplace platform may be eligible for return.
1. Eligible Return Reasons
Return requests may be considered under the following circumstances, subject to Vendor review:
- Product delivered damaged
- Incorrect item received
- Product significantly not as described
- Verified manufacturing defect
2. Non-Eligible Return Situations
- Change of mind after delivery (unless Vendor policy allows)
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Items returned without original packaging (unless defective)
- Digital products after access or download
- Completed service transactions
- Items clearly marked as non-returnable
3. Return Request Timeframe
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of confirmed delivery unless otherwise specified by the Vendor or required under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
4. Return Process
- Customer submits a return request through the Platform interface.
- The independent Vendor reviews and issues a decision.
- LQTTA may facilitate communication between Customer and Vendor if a dispute arises.
- If approved, the Vendor provides return instructions directly to the Customer.
5. Product Condition
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition unless return is based on verified defect, shipping damage, or misrepresentation.
6. Abuse Prevention
LQTTA reserves the right to restrict platform access, reject return requests, or suspend accounts in cases involving fraud, repeated abuse, or violation of marketplace policies.
