LQTTA respects intellectual property rights and expects all marketplace sellers and users to do the same. This policy explains how intellectual property complaints are handled.
1. Prohibited Content
- Counterfeit or imitation products
- Unauthorized use of trademarks or logos
- Copyrighted images without permission
- Brand infringement or misleading branding
2. Reporting Intellectual Property Violations
Rights owners may submit complaints including proof of ownership, details of the infringing listing, and supporting evidence.
3. Investigation Process
Upon receiving a valid complaint, LQTTA may review the listing and request additional information from the seller. Listings may be temporarily removed during review.
4. Seller Responsibility
Sellers must ensure all products and media uploaded are legally authorized for sale and display.
5. Enforcement Actions
- Product removal
- Account warnings
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent account termination for repeated violations
6. Repeat Offenders
Accounts with repeated intellectual property violations may be permanently removed from the platform.
