Seller Onboarding Guide

This guide explains how new vendors can register, complete verification, and start selling successfully on the LQTTA multi-vendor marketplace platform.

Step 1 — Create a Seller Account

Register using the seller signup page and provide accurate business and personal information. Make sure your email and contact details are valid, as they will be used for communication and verification.

Step 2 — Complete Seller Profile

Fill in your seller profile with store name, description, logo, and contact details. A complete profile improves trust and helps customers understand your business.

Step 3 — Upload Verification Documents

To maintain marketplace security and compliance, sellers may be required to upload documents such as:

• Government ID or Passport
• Business License (if applicable)
• Proof of Address
• Bank Letter or Bank Statement

Step 4 — Seller Review & Approval

After submission, the marketplace team reviews your application and verification documents. Approval timelines may vary depending on document accuracy and compliance checks.

Step 5 — Start Listing Products

Once approved, you can add products from your seller dashboard by entering product details, pricing, images, inventory, and shipping information.

Step 6 — Manage Orders & Shipping

Sellers are responsible for processing orders, shipping products on time, and updating tracking information. Timely fulfillment improves seller performance and customer satisfaction.

Step 7 — Payouts & Earnings

Payments are collected securely through the platform. Seller earnings are released according to the marketplace payout schedule after applying commissions, refunds, or applicable adjustments.
