Rules Governing Proper Use of the LQTTA Marketplace
This Acceptable Use Policy defines prohibited activities and improper conduct on the LQTTA digital marketplace platform. All users, including vendors and customers, must comply with this policy and applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
1. Prohibited Products and Services
- Counterfeit, stolen, or unauthorized goods
- Products prohibited under UAE law
- Illegal services or regulated services without proper licensing
- Intellectual property infringement
2. Fraud and Financial Misconduct
- Fraudulent transactions or misrepresentation
- Manipulating orders to avoid platform fees
- Money laundering activities
- Circumventing the approved payment system
3. Content and Listing Integrity
- False or misleading product descriptions
- Unauthorized use of trademarks or copyrighted material
- Manipulation of ratings or reviews
- Posting abusive, harmful, or defamatory content
4. System and Security Abuse
- Attempting unauthorized system access
- Introducing malware or harmful code
- Using automated scraping tools without permission
- Disrupting platform functionality
5. Enforcement Actions
LQTTA may suspend or terminate vendor accounts, remove listings, withhold payouts, and report unlawful activities to authorities where necessary to ensure compliance, protect users, and maintain platform integrity.
6. Limitation of Liability
LQTTA shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from enforcement actions taken in good faith to maintain compliance and marketplace security. Vendors are fully responsible for their own actions, product integrity, and compliance with relevant laws.
