Refund Guidelines for Transactions Conducted via LQTTA
This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for transactions conducted through the LQTTA digital marketplace platform.
1. Eligible Refund Situations
- Confirmed non-delivery of product
- Approved return due to verified damage or defect
- Product significantly not as described
- Technical billing error or duplicate charge
- Order cancellation approved prior to shipment
2. Non-Eligible Refund Situations
- Change of mind after delivery (unless Vendor policy allows)
- Completed services
- Digital goods after access or download
- Damage resulting from customer misuse
- Requests submitted outside applicable timeframe
3. Refund Review Process
- Customer submits a refund request through the Platform interface.
- The independent Vendor reviews and issues a decision.
- LQTTA may facilitate communication or conduct compliance review where necessary.
- If approved, refund instructions are initiated via the original payment method through the licensed third-party payment service provider.
Refund processing timelines are subject to the policies and banking procedures of the relevant third-party payment service provider and financial institution.
4. Financial Responsibility
Vendors remain financially responsible for valid refund claims related to their products or services. LQTTA does not guarantee refund approval and does not assume liability for Vendor refund decisions.
5. Chargebacks & Adjustments
LQTTA reserves the right to deduct refunded amounts, chargebacks, payment reversals, dispute fees, or related costs from pending or future Vendor payouts in accordance with marketplace policies.
6. Platform Limitation
LQTTA does not act as seller, guarantor, insurer, escrow agent, or financial institution. The Platform’s role is limited to facilitating marketplace transactions and acting as a limited payment collection agent.
7. Abuse Prevention
LQTTA may restrict platform access, deny refund requests, or suspend accounts in cases involving fraud, abuse, excessive disputes, or violation of marketplace policies.
