Payout Policy

Vendor Earnings and Release Framework of LQTTA

This Payout Policy outlines the terms governing the release of vendor earnings for transactions conducted through the LQTTA digital marketplace platform.

LQTTA operates exclusively as a digital marketplace technology platform and limited payment collection agent. LQTTA is not a bank, financial institution, or licensed payment service provider.

1. Payout Eligibility

Vendor earnings become eligible for payout seven (7) days after confirmed delivery of the order, provided no dispute, refund request, chargeback, fraud review, or policy violation is associated with the transaction.

2. Payout Requests

Vendors must submit payout requests through the Platform dashboard. LQTTA reserves the right to review and verify payout requests before releasing funds.

3. Deductions and Adjustments

LQTTA may deduct the following from vendor payouts:

Platform commissions and service fees
Approved refunds
Chargebacks or payment reversals
Dispute-related costs
Penalties arising from policy violations

4. Payout Holds

LQTTA reserves the right to delay, suspend, or withhold payouts where necessary to mitigate financial, fraud-related, compliance, or regulatory risks. Payouts may be withheld to resolve disputes or compliance investigations.
