Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation Guidelines for Transactions Conducted via LQTTA
This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellation requests are handled for transactions conducted through the LQTTA digital marketplace platform.
1. When Cancellation Is Allowed
- Order has not yet been shipped or fulfilled
- Vendor explicitly allows cancellation before processing
- Payment authorization failed or order validation issue occurs
- Duplicate order submitted by mistake
- Vendor is unable to fulfill the order
2. When Cancellation Is Not Allowed
- Order has already been shipped or marked as fulfilled
- Digital goods after access, activation, or download
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Completed or scheduled services already delivered
- Orders canceled outside the Vendor’s allowed timeframe
3. Cancellation Request Process
- Customer submits a cancellation request through the Platform interface.
- The independent Vendor reviews the request and confirms eligibility.
- LQTTA may assist with communication or compliance review where necessary.
- If approved, the order status is updated and any applicable refund is processed via the original payment method through the licensed third-party payment service provider.
Cancellation approval depends on the Vendor’s individual policies and order processing stage at the time of submission.
4. Financial Responsibility
Vendors remain financially responsible for accepted cancellations and any resulting refunds. LQTTA does not guarantee cancellation approval and does not assume liability for Vendor decisions.
5. Payment Reversal & Adjustments
LQTTA reserves the right to deduct cancellation-related refunds, reversals, chargebacks, dispute fees, or associated costs from pending or future Vendor payouts in accordance with marketplace policies.
6. Platform Limitation
LQTTA does not act as seller, guarantor, insurer, escrow agent, or financial institution. The Platform’s role is limited to facilitating marketplace transactions and acting as a limited payment collection agent.
7. Abuse Prevention
LQTTA may reject cancellation requests, restrict platform access, or suspend accounts in cases involving fraudulent activity, excessive cancellations, abuse, or violations of marketplace policies.
