1. Vendor Fulfillment Responsibility
- Preparing and packaging orders
- Arranging shipment with delivery providers
- Providing accurate delivery timelines
- Communicating tracking details where available
- Ensuring lawful shipment of goods
2. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are determined by individual vendors and may vary depending on product type, location, and courier services.
LQTTA does not guarantee delivery timelines and shall not be held responsible for delays caused by vendors, courier providers, or external circumstances.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping charges, if applicable, are determined by the vendor and displayed during the checkout process prior to order confirmation.
4. Delivery Issues
In cases of delayed, lost, or damaged shipments, customers should contact the vendor directly through the Platform. LQTTA may assist in dispute resolution where appropriate, but vendors remain solely responsible for resolving delivery issues.
5. Customer Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Neither LQTTA nor vendors shall be liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.
6. Force Majeure
LQTTA and vendors shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, LQTTA shall not be liable for shipping delays, courier negligence, lost shipments, or delivery-related damages. Vendors are responsible for resolving shipping issues.
